Commissioning me means you agree to ALL of these terms. These can change at any time for any reason, and clients will be notified when appropriate.
Payment must be upfront before I begin the commission and will be paid via invoice sent to an email you provide to me.Commissions are not first-come first-serve.Designs may be slightly adjusted to my taste for the commissioned work.Refunds will be offered only if I have not yet begun the commission.
I may reject your commission if certain issues arise that I reserve the right to keep private.Progress will be shown.
Please let me know any major changes you would like when I show the rough sketch. Once the line-art is finished, only minor edits are permitted.You are free to use the finished commission as a profile picture, banner image, uploading it to your gallery, as long as proper credit is given, unless specified.If you plan to use your commissioned piece as cover-art for a distributed/monetized release, please inform me beforehand.Due to being lied to previously, I require ID verification to ensure that you are at least 18 years of age if you request any NSFW commissions. (Passport, Driver's License, etc.)
I encourage you to censor any personal details you wish to hide, but I must see the birthdate on your ID, as well as your social media handle/username handwritten in the same photo.
Do not use fake information or someone else's ID.
Do not edit in any informationNSFW commissions will be posted on alternate galleries/accounts.You may not resell or collect any profit from the artwork. This includes minting/reselling as NFTs.Due to current circumstances, you may not use my artwork in AI datasets without my permission.Commissioning artwork from me does not give you the rights to it. By default, you are buying a service, not a license.Please have a visual reference prepared.
Any image of your character, whether it's a finished artwork or a quick doodle you made, along with a short summary of the character's intended appearance is acceptable.
Don’t worry about how well your quick doodle looks; any visualization you can muster up is better than none.
I cannot work well with only text descriptions.Communication is key! Feel free to express ANY concerns you have for the commission. There's gonna be times where either of us completely miss something so please don't hesitate to provide corrections. I am after all creating artwork that attempts to match your vision to the best of my ability. I permit minor corrections even after the final piece is sent.Failure to follow these terms accordingly will very likely result in blacklisting.Remember: I will never request any sensitive identifying information or direct you to click any links.
